Newark had a bad 10 minute stretch where they gave up both goals. If you compare the two teams, Pal-Mac has the edge everywhere. I would say the Newark goalie is stronger than Palmyra goalie, but everywhere else Palmyra has edge. The first half was very defensive for both teams, and except for a bad stretch was pretty even. The 2nd half Newark was in Palmyra's end most of the half. They had a lot of opportunities but could not create a 2nd scoring chance. There best chance came in final minutes when a ball bounced by a Newark forward. Brynn Lauer was the best player in the game. Not because of her skill, but because of her hustle and her ability to create dangerous plays. The Palmyra fwd #5 is super dangerous. She has so much speed, but struggled to beat the help defense. I can see why she is a top scorer. Newark had chances to beat a better team and they will need to start taking advantage of chances soon. I would predict Palmyra will be more dominate the next time they meet.

pal mac dominated first half and were it not for all the home coming junk that goes on they would have won 5-0 same thing happen last year pal mac ran out of gas in second half against wayne . sorry laur was maybe the 4th best player on the field. as soon as karns made defensive change on her she went away

4th. No way. Maybe 4th best player overall and I question that. But in this game 4 and 5 from Pal Mac didnt play well. 13 played ok. There defense played better than expected.
