Class D new Players on Varsity

I was wondering if there is any Players that were on JV last year and Varsity this year that will be good.

Garrett Parker is following after his brother, Kyle on 3's. He is a 10th grader that is money on three pointers. He starts for the #1 seeded prattsburgh team.
