the section 5 baseball website seems to be far behind the basketball and football sites. does anybody know who runs the site and if there is going to be any attempt to get scores posted every day this year?

Generally its up to the chairman of the sectional sport comittee to get the website up and running. Often it takes more $$ than the comittee has budgeted so the web host may take a lower payment plus ad fees or something similar.

The basketball site has great "content" but it is horrible to look at and sift through.

i would love to see it get a facelift. i was looking today and there isn't even a schedule up for the season yet. the softball site isn't even up.
i know a lot of people really enjoy the football and basketball sites and it adds to the excitement for a lot of fans.
it seems that there are many qualified people that could do a nice job with it. i'm not sure about the money aspect, but hopefully we will see it step up to the level of hoops and football.

this site is great for talking, but we don't post scores yet. that might be something to look into. i don't know if it would be too much work for drew or not, but if we could link to scores (from the D&C or Sectionv.org) it would be pretty cool.
