Everything you just said is so ridiculous, I hope no one even regards it as a serious statement. Why do you waste your time posting meaningless things? The day Bo and Kevin together have zero points against Attica or in any game is the day Kendallbench07 gets an actually life. Both of which will never happen.

I'm taking this as good natured humor. I don't have the issues with you that some others on here have. I did disagree with you in the past about Laureno and Francis but that was a serious conversation and this is obviously a joke so I see no harm in it. humor welcome here.

I've never said anything demaning to you. However, I can see where the other people that have insulted you are coming from. Most of your posts are pointless, or are just trying to start a controversy.

My prediction for the Kendall @ OA game is, Oakfield by at least 15. The Hornets have found a way to blow games lately, and I expect to see them coming out firing.

Attica @ ND, I see as being a really close game, it's a tough game to pick as Notre Dame has had huge games this season, but Attica is a solid team.

Alexander @ Elba, I'm taking Elba

I say Pembroke by 13 Babcock dominates down low, 25 points.
Elba by 6, Zambito with 18
ND by 6, close game throughout Wolf cant handle Francis, Bo, and Pawlak(who I think is under-rated) by himself.
W-C by 12, Williams with 23 points with no one to stop him.

Being able to dunk is great but it doesn't make you a great ball player. Having the height and athleticism to get high enough to dunk surely helps your basketball skill but it alone doesn't make you great.

About the OA Kendall game, i heard that Kendal's Mike Estela, their starting 4 man and one of the better players, wont be at the game due to his brother graduating from Navy Boot camp....i think this seriously will affect Kendall's chance to hang remotely close to OA

he does make them alot better, they wouldnt have half the points they do without him, he has more assists than anyone and better court vision. Look, put him on any team and i guarantee you he makes it better, makes everyone better, with the exception of wolfley cause he just does whatever he wants when he wants

what games? the ND game... he didnt hit any shots, and still found ways to make an impact.. bad game. look at the other games, he has tons of assists to everyone. Who would you say is better than him in GR except Francis cause i know youll say him?

sirdunksalot07
01-25-2008, 09:04 PM
make an impact. huh? you lost by a billion. he is an excellent passer. i will give him that

riner maybe

notkendallbench
01-25-2008, 09:15 PM

TopShelf
01-25-2008, 09:16 PM
no but really, who would you put in front of laureano except franics?

At his position I don't know. All around player, Wolfley, Gerber, Bo, Zambito, to name a few, even Bender.

notkendallbench
01-25-2008, 09:18 PM
alright with those except bender, bender has not impressed me at all and head to head laureano plays better than him, alot better... and Gerber can just shoot, nothing else

TopShelf
01-25-2008, 09:22 PM
Shooting is kind of important to basketball. Good shooting=baskets=points=win

notkendallbench
01-25-2008, 09:24 PM
yea i know, and i give it to him he cna shoot, but he doesnt move, put someone on him who stays tight on him and he cant score, he cant take anyone of the dribble, and if he does he cant shoot of the dribble

TopShelf
01-25-2008, 09:29 PM
True, just my opinion though. I just think Laureno would look better to everyone if his team had some more wins.

notkendallbench
01-25-2008, 09:30 PM
and i agree... but nobody realizes that, they look at the team and the record and automatically he is a scrub who is only good on his team. And im pretty sure he could play, start, and control any team from the point, any team.. right along side with francis

boobiemiles
01-25-2008, 10:49 PM
Basically with laureno....

he is a much better player than people think he is, and if he were on a team like oakfield, notre dame, attica, pembroke, or elba when they had all they're players, he would be noticed. however, he is not surrounded by any talent whatsoever and suffers. without him, his team would would lose to holley. he does make his teammates better, but he can only help so much. great pure passer, and a good shooter, but he shouldn't have to take any shots. he would be great on any of the aformeantioned teams as he would only be a playmaker and his only shots would be layups and wide open jumpers. no shots created by himself.

on a side note though. the way he plays is not nearly as disciplined as that of the other GR stars. none of the stars acknowledge the fans, no matter how much is said to them, and laureno acknowledged us several times. also his fancy passing and unnessicary crossovers while dribbling, is done way too much, and while he gets the job done, he should stick to the more basic, conservative playing style that other gr stars have been accustomed to. a move that was very good, but unnessicary was putting the ball over tim smith's head then pulling it back and dribbling off the inbound was not necessary and showed his emulation of pro players instead of high schoolers

iloveshawng
01-25-2008, 11:12 PM
Everything you just said i have to agree %110. Hes straight from Puerto Rico though. Where he played on the streets with guys who are a lot older then him. Thats how he got to his skill level and the ghetto ball is just what he has done his entire life, but he really is improving in that category.

bcherry8
01-26-2008, 08:50 AM
alright with those except bender, bender has not impressed me at all and head to head laureano plays better than him, alot better... and Gerber can just shoot, nothing else
Actually, Gerber had quite a few points in the paint. And Riner hits threes and makes tough layups when he has to (see Attica game). And about Laureano, i do not respect him because he goes out of his way to acknowledge opposing fans, and like boobiemiles said, makes too many fancy moves that are not necessary. I have no problem with making those moves, just do them only when you have to.

notkendallbench
01-26-2008, 10:24 PM
yea but i wasnt impressed with Gerber and i guess i cant say anything about riner because he was limited with his broken fingers... but limited or not i still dont think he can hang with laureano, and laureano only plays flashy like he does because that is how he grew playing. He didnt grow up playing organized ball like everyone else, and the way he plays makes him the most exciting play to watch in GR

You dont impress me, Gaesser. You would be the 13th man on Attica, and West only keeps 12 players.
