Does anyone know the all-state teams for this season?

They're currently compiling teams, they're waiting for all of the local all star teams to be released and once they're compiled they'll be released. It has already been released that Greenport's Ryan Creighton will be the Class D player of the year, but I do expect several Section V players on the Class D All State team including Jaanai Beckford & Wade Fuller.

A call for all-star help: High school sports reporters are asked to get their boys basketball all-star tearsheets into the mail to Neil Kerr as soon as possible.

Send your tearsheets, as well as nominations for small-school players who merit consideration even if they didn't make your all-metro teams, to Neil Kerr, c/o Post-Standard Sports Dept., Syracuse, NY 13221.
