and i'm pretty sure we have a few of our distance runners coming to the LeRoy invite but besides that i don't think we'll have any of our 4x4 team or our 4x1 team i'm psyched to run under the lights 2 weekends in a row :D

there was over 30 teams at Canestota. It was pretty insane. But I'm pissed now we're going to Leroy friday and most of the seniors aren't running. Almeter and the Richardsons and a few others will be there though. Me, stodolka, dev and a few more will be gone on the Senior trip

yah, just remember to stay low on your first phase. the biggest mistake kids make is to jump as high as they can on their first phase (like a long jump) but that is bad because when you land it takes away all of your momentum. you want your hip height to increase as you go through the jump (low, higher, highest) Once i started doing that is when i started getting 40s.

alright, sweet! i thought i did better at webster. i made 5'0 5'2 and 5'4 on my first tries which never happens and felt like my form was better but still couldnt get 5'6.
