It was a hell of a meet. Alexander led it pretty much the entire time but then LeRoy went 1, 2 in pole vault, 2nd in triple, and 3rd in 4 by 800 to seal the win.

yepers i snapped it luckly on my tailbone cuase i was kinda leaning back so i didnt break it over my balls as if i were leaning forward, and i also got dqed in the 100 for bending my elbows after he said set so yea if i woulda done what i was supposed to we woulda won but no cant do that

Yeah, the 1, 2 finish for us in pole vault really helped! It would have come down to the 4 by 800 if you didn't go out that early. And I was wondering why you got DQ from the 100. It didnt even look like you did anything.

Probably another 8-12 points. But anywho great job! I was a bit off-par but our senior ball was the night before :'-(

Yeah she is crazy winning states by herself. In Texas an A school is like the size of a D school here but still that is impresive.

I think he hasnt been doing as well as he has in the past because he is trying a new pole. But then again, I know pretty much nothing about pole vault besides that you run with a pole in your hand and try to jump over the bar without knocking it down so I might be wrong.

Yeah, I don't know how I feel about the high jump saturday. 13 different 6' jumpers but after Eric there's a ton of us at 6'3'' so we'll see how that goes. what heat is that? haha i'm psyched for hurdles i fixed my form and ran a 15.9 yesterday

and oh man i'm kinda glad it starts at 5'6, keeps the legs more fresh, even though i normally come in at 5'4 lol and in our normal meets i normally end up winning at 5'4 or 5'6 so i'm not sure where i want to move the bar to, and this way it's a constant.

I think I'll probably come in at 5'10'' to check my mark at a low height b/c idk what kind of legs I'll have that day. I usually come in at 6' but no use risking a medal for it.

You get DQed if you step on the line inside of the curve for a certain amount of steps (ie: your running a shorter distance)
Or if you swore
