I talked to him about it and no, he didn't compete and won't compete until college. He told me he had a lower back skeletal muscle strain and he had to get his hips readjusted or something and if he does anything now it'll really screw him up so he's gunna wait it out and get healthy.

if i wouldn't of had to run hurdles i'd of had a legit shot at winning my form and everything was perfect i just knicked it with my calf on my first attempt at 6' then i had to run hurdles and jump right when i got back and i was tired :mad:

oh well, gotta move on i'll get 6'+ some other day... maybe Friday :rolleyes:

I think he meant overall. In the 4x4 OA took fourth running a 3:41 but in terms of team scores, Oakfield took third with sixty points behind Alexander at 168 and Letchworth at 79.

we got out ahead of avon by about 50 meters from the first leg and then just spaced ourselves from there every leg after. I say if we're even remotely close coming down to the anchor (dev) we can't lose. We're gunna run crazy. And anyone know why they're seeded inhead of us? we have a 3:29.6 and theirs is a 3:29.9. (might I add that they haven't run in awhile)

It's really not that competitive for the small schools. Andre McCloud should run away with it with his 44' 9" or whatever but then 2nd through 8th is only a couple of inches off eachother. I think 2nd seed is at like 42' 6" and I am only 7 inches behind that.

Ill make sure I am standing right there. It should be a nasty race. I am really pumped about the meet because I should be able to watch a lot of the big races.

very close prediction. I was in 3rd when I got the hand off and smoked the pavillion kid.. (i don't think bath was even in the picture) and I got within 5 meters or so of the hornell kid and then dev got him on the backstretch and held it off at the line running a split in the 49's... amazing

Close but no cigar. First of all, Bath didn't even have a chance to be in the top 3 at this meet before the race even started. Everyone knew it was going to be Hornell and Alexander way out front with Pavillion in third.

Yeah, I knew they were seeded third but I saw Pavillion run their 4 by 400, which was only 1 second lower than Bath's seed and most of Pavillion's kids had already run 2 events before that so I knew they would get third.

yea by the looks of it id say letchworth will be very good, and freshman to softomore year and softomore to junior year ppl usually improve the most, so look out for meyer in sprints
