Jim Capellupo... amazing coach or 4 years of amazing talent?

Most teams have years of no talent... but this guy seems to come up with something every year since his inception. What's the secret?

Hats off to Jim Capellupo and Sutherland on a great 4 year run where they dominated class A... that being said, i see this as their last year winning class A atleat for a while...
If you think about they lose every single starter except for their left fielder and third basemen, both of whom weren't huge contributers to this years team.
Osterman, Coleman and Menard have been the heart of that team all season and i just don't see them 5-peating next year without those guys.

Whether it be great coaching by him, or a group of great players, sectional titles 4 staright years is pretty amazing. Congratulations to them on 4 great seasons and best of luck to them at states.
