I know Warsaw was undefeated but this has to be one of the bigger upsets in a sectional final in a while. Warsaw wins it 2 to 1

Warsaw is 22-0

They have 8 girls batting ovr .311 the ninth is batting .250 as a frist year eight grader playing third base.
5 of them over .373
2 over .473
All 9 starters are juniors or younger 3 Sophomores 1 freshman and 1 eight grader
the team is batting .363
Granted Bolivar is a great team. But it is not as big an upset as you might think.
These girls have Won travel ball tounaments in Buffalo and Rochester.
They have also been to the Buffalo Metro league Championship both years they were in the league and won the first year.
They have had 17 game winning streaks in travel ball play.

to Warsaw. They have beaten all comers. I must say though stats are over rated. Having said that, Warsaw BEAT Bolivar. They outplayed them from start to finish. I've said all along that Bolivar will just be another good team without Ingalls and I stand by that. Their hitters aren't that impressive. Hit the ball off Ingalls and they throw it away like most teams do. Warsaw's immediate future looks bright.
