i dont hurdle so i dont know but i really think it depends on who you are if you have better form than speed or if you have more speed than form makes a big difference in converting it im guessing

i think , i may be wrong, but speed in the hurdles is more importain than form in indoor because it is such a shorter race

i mean you are a hurdler so you obviously know more but from what i know bad form would be worse bc of more hang time i guess it depends on what part of the form is bad

yeah in indoor (and outdoor really) you can be one of the fastest kids but have 20+ times in the hurdles if you don't have form, when it comes down to it form will win races most of the time so you really need to work on getting low getting your trail leg around and staying parallel to the hurdle as you go over it then pawing down and taking your next strides clean and easily.
Takenotes for you i'd say you'd be running 8.2/3ish from your PR last year
but if you want for 15.5 i'd say... about 8ish it's really hard to break 8 because the race is so short you get to max speed when you finish so it's like everythings slower a little bit

Yes, he is good at basketball. He is good at everything he does! He could play a sport he has never played before and be better than most people at it. He just has tons of natural talent and knows how to do everything.
As for indoor track, I doubt he will be doing it. He has been doing varsity basketball since 10th grade and is probably close to some school records so he will probably stick with that.
