they didn't, it was the tennessee oilers at the time. Bud Adams changed the team name to the Titans before the 99 season when they went to the superbowl against the rams

Funny, rip on me just because you dont have a baseball team to root for, since the Yankees sucked it up all year. I have always been a Sox fan. I put up with the futility in the 90's-2002, and took the blown game 7 in '03 like a man. Now that it's my team's time to shine, you have to question my loyalty to the team just because yours hasnt done a damn thing this decade. If I had it my way I would have a Boston Red Sox logo put on my gravestone.

I find it hard to believe that you have this vast sports knowledge of the 1990s seeing as you were only alive to remember half of it, let alone care about professional sports.
By the time you were old enough to independently pick your favorite teams (I'd say around the age of 9 or 10), the Bills were in the cellar, and the Yankees run of championships had ended.

You have no idea man....we will be watching something and he'll say "remember that game back in 91....." or something like that. Yeah I remember it but you weren't even born yet!

I didnt have a vast knowledge then, but I started supporting my teams then. My third grade teacher used to pick on me all the time when the Titans lost, and I would return the favor when the Bills lost. I love how you come to all of these conclusions when you didnt even know who I am until December of 2007.
