I heard he may pursue legal action against Marshall University. Those carts had no business being there.

He shattered his leg, yeah that is nasty, and ridiculous that he had to go through that. that is why nothing should even be on the turf until the players are off.

the article said although he forgave them his mother was still considering legal action though so it cant be ruled out yet..

yeah i am an athletic training major so i got the joy of watching this video in class and discussed how this could come down very hard on the trainers themselves because their job includes "prevention" of injuries...they should of made sure the band took care of their stuff...legal action could def reward a large settlement.
