Tell me what indoor or outdoor spikes you think are the best for you, i know i just bought the new Nike Victories. The insainly light shoe thats supposed to be the "best" i will see.

Nike Milers- These always been in my favorite book, i used these for xc,and outdoor track and never let me down. Great aggressive plate and good for my toe running.

let me have it

I had the nike sparq's trainer ones and they were awesome. I recommend them for any sprinter. They're not the lightest but they have good grip and are comfy

Yeah I would like to know what spikes are good. Last year my spikes tore up the outside of my foot last year. I had to go all year with quarter-sized blisters and not enough time for them to heal. I got these new arch-supports but im not sure if they are going to help.

i just got them in, they are soo fricken light, no you cannot wear them for indoor they are plastic. They have this wierd material near the toes thats so thin you can see your toes lol but its very strong. also with the random hole in the heel lol

No go for indoor. they are like sprinting spikes with the heel and really aggresive plate near the toes, alot of spikes and points and stuff. really comfortable and a snug fit near the toes and mid. i like them cuz i run on my toes. only good for outdoor

I'll warn you like I wish someone had warned me. Maxcats give brutal blisters if you race in them right away. The sole of the shoe is really weird and firm, I had quarter-sized blisters after my first 400 in them. I'd wear them for like 15 minutes at a time for a week or two before racing in them.
