The teacher in question was caught with child Pornography on his school computer a year or so ago and apparently got away with it..........

The child porn thing didn't make the media, this was on the front page of the Corning Leader complete with a picture of him, with Big Black Bold letters teacher Arrested, he'll have a hard time showing his face in public, I would think anyway.

how could a teacher have child porn on his computer and not be canned? if i were a parent at this school and heard that, i would flip out.

I believe he was relieved from his duties or had to take a leave of abscense to let things clear up...he actually wasn't the baseball coach for a year or two during that, he just came back as a coach i believe
