What current or former coaches entertained us the most? Did Section V have any characters in the Rollie Massamino, Lou Carnasecca, Jerry Tarkanian mode? Are there any coaches with "signature" poses?

A few that come to mind.

Mike Rapone....the arms crossed in front of his chest. Also, the both hands on his head look.

Jim Burke.......the booming voice.

Feel free to add your favorites. This could be funny.

I agree that Rapone is very fun to watch. He is always such a nice guy that you don't notice it, but I think his ability to get after an official is as good as anybody around.
Buddy Brasky is a little more blunt, but probably the most entertaining guy to watch. He gets that look on his face when he's mad and you just think he's about to explode.
As far as girls coaches, Dave Pero is like Rapone. He's always polite with the officials, but when he doesn't like a call, you know it.
Joe Zambito was always fun. But of course, his temper hurt him in the long run.

He is a former official that I carried many games. I retired because of back problems associated with working with Dave.

He knows what to say, when to say it and how far he can go just before getting T'd.

Dave is da man.

I remember watching the antics of Sal Rizzo @ East, back when they televised the AAA championships on WOKR-TV. I also enjoyed watching Tom Downey @ Livonia, and was always amazed how red his face got.

DeRock is a cool guy. I've never seen him coach basketball, but I do know his football team needs a scoreboard.

Coach Kurkowski, OA: the three-point stance.
