Mcmullen- This will be a 3 or 4 way battle between Dinan,Redfield,Rice and possible VanVleck

Mile- The open mile should be quick depends whose in it Sean Ainsworth is returning to his prime fast.

600- with Joe's quick time and if Santana does it, this should be a fun race to watch

3200- i would suspect all the elite runners are doing the Mcmullen i mean why wont they?? i know colby lapressi is doing the duece

ill be backing off my weakly total for this meet. maybe ill go into the meet w/o feeling dead for once:p. ive been running A LOT more miles that ever in racing season.
Also, Sean, Colby isn't doing the 3200 here. Geneva is at the Hobart var only meet. im the only one going to the inv. I will be running at HB as well this day.

In all honesty, if your knee hurts, you should probably stay away from triple. Triple is the hardest event on your joints especially your knees and ankles.

i'm looking forward to it, last time i jumped i fixed a problem i had on the runway and got better, still looking to get back to 20'+. I haven't been able to since outdoor last year, same with hurdles i'm really looking forward to it, i've improved a lot and found a good rhythm and played with my form a bit

Yeah it is. I'm surprised they are going to this meet though. Mexico is about a half hour north of Syracuse.

Do they have good athletes? They are more known for their JROTC program. I am on our American Legion Rifle team and they win states like every year for it. They're also from an area with a lot of bad schools as far as sports goes.

This is off the RWTL website, I did notice at least one prominent distance runner entered in the RIT Invite and the varsity meet at Hobart on Saturday.

well i wasnt able to make the rit invite but i ran at armory in nyc this weekend and i ran 35.51 in the prelims and got third in the finals with a 35.00

good job santana, i thought i had a bad day. i just had nothing in my legs all day. our 4x8 did decent i split a 2:04 which isnt bad. My mcmullen mile was pathedic. I think i was the only one that wasent fresh, i ran a 4:46 or something like that. Not bad with 3 weeks of training instead of like 3 months. I thought sean day did very well in the 1000, well of course hamm will run good he got the sectionv record or something like that.

3200 was won by Mike Thielman pretty comfortably in 9:49 w/ a 17 second win

Girls McMullen Mile was won by liz schinski in 5:20....she had a great finish
and only won by .09:eek:

Boys McMullen was won by Evan Tsembelis in 4:26.43...which converts to 4:24.88 1600. I got second in 4:29.48 which is equivalent to 4:27.93 1600.
I'm unsure how the seedings got placed or how some kids were even allowed in it. The back few kids times were slower than the open 1600:confused:

Boys 1K - was won by Jordan Hamm...suprise suprise - in 2:35.19!! But even more impressive..in my book...was Sean day getting second in 2:37.42...great time for him!
