Ok, so does anyone remember when 400H was a joke event? I remember the kid on our team was a senior and broke 60 for the first time in sectionals and got 2nd.

This obviously isn't the situation anymore so just wondering who the good hurdlers are. For the 400H and 110HH

im training specifically for the 400h im going to be good at it i already know cuz of how much better my 400 is this year, plus its in my blood my dad got 3rd at empire st games inn it, id say ill hit a 57 this year in it. 110 ill prob be around 15.5 im becoming more of a mid sprinter. mike humprhey will be good from leroy, amidon and skidmore are gone, 2 insane 400h guys

hornell has robert mullen who is good at 400h, genevas curtis davis is a beast at it to.

right when u turn to the home stretch, you cant feel your legs and you have to jump 3 more hurdles lol, i just usually run them over

Mike Humphrey from LeRoy. Went right around 57-58 consistantly in the 400H and runs in the 15 range for 110HH.

So just wondering what he has done to make you think he is going to chop 3 seconds off his time.

I tried the 400h like 2-3 times last year. I had never ran them before and i only got like 62-65 range. Coach realized that i was better off in the open 4 then in the hurdles. Jason Lowden may not be the fastest kid but hes doing them again. He ran 62 to win the livonia invite last year when he was back of the pack. His goal is to break 60 this year.

If he brakes 54 i will be amazed i cant say i am training for the 400 hur right now but i am goen to give it my all and hopfully get in the 55s if i drop 2 sec i will be happy :D. but i can tell u now that joe better be worken his ass off :eek: cause this race is the hardest of any and i have done almost off of them but i wish him the best of luck

Ya. I mean if you run a slow time it is easy to cut huge time off, but when you run it very fast already, there becomes some very technical things you hae to do which make it hard.

And ya, I ran it many times. Ha, you would think you get used to it after a while, but no... always sucks.

i remember wen it was a joke to me i neva took 400h seriously until my junior year but i plan on gettin that 55 second flat or just around it
