Lets see ....this week should give many teams an idea about who is for real and who is living off last year... We have several key games....This is by far the most exciting week 1 in sectionV in years..Who ever made the schedules should get a raise..

Here is my breakdown for the 5 big games

1.)Webster Schroeder over IHS I expect to see schroeder back in a big way
Webster 35 IHS 14

2.)Chruchville Chil over Marshall-Give marshall the coaching edge but chruchville has 2 much talent Chruchville 38 Marshall 26

3.)Gates Chili over East 2 teams with good defenses but I see gates pulling a close one out Gates 17-East 14

4.)Mcquaid over Aquinas this one will be my upset pick of the week Aquinas has not beat Mcquaid the past 2 years Mcquaid 14 Aquinas 10

5.)Greece Athena over Fairport I think athena will surprise lots of teams this year I see athena winning this one Athena 31 Fairport 14
