Week 1
Finger Lakes I: Kevin Peck of Canandaigua. The senior forward scored three goals in the first round of the Canandaigua Tournament and had an assist in the second game.
Finger Lakes II: Dylan Jobson of Honeoye. Jobson scored two goals, including the winner, in the second round of the Honeoye Tournament.
Genesee: Dan Housel of Wheatland-Chili. Housel is a senior defender who helped his team earn two shutouts last week.
Monroe I: Tyler Wild of Penfield. The goalkeeper made eight saves to keep Greece Athena off the board and help the Patriots earn a 0-0 draw.
Monroe II: Mike Reidy of Webster Thomas. The midfielder scored two goals and assisted on a third as the Titans beat Webster Schroeder.
Private-parochial: Derek Holmes of Webster Christian. Holmes scored twice and was named MVP of the Avoca Tournament.
Note: Several leagues did not submit candidates.

Allegany: Dan Eck of Bolivar-Richburg. The senior forward/striker has scored six goals in his team's first three games.
Finger Lakes I: Matt Kelley of Mynderse. The junior midfielder scored the tying goal vs. Newark and scored two goals in the consolation game of the Newark Tournament
Finger Lakes II: Matt Grabowski of Victor. Grabowski had two goals and an assist vs. Wayne and two goals against Mynderse.
Genesee: Brandon McMillion of Holley. The senior scored five goals last week as Holley improved to 3-1-1.
Livingston I: Charlie Worl of Caledonia-Mumford. The senior forward scored four against Batavia and had the game-winning goal against Greece-Odyssey.
Livingston II: Justin Brown of Bath-Haverling. The senior forward scored four goals and had two assists in wins over Marcus Whitman and Watkins Glen.
Monroe I: Dan Halligan of Pittsford Sutherland The senior forward scored four of his team's eight goals in two games last week.
Monroe II: Rusty Donlon of Gates-Chili The senior forward used his athletic ability to win headers and make several strong tackles in wins over Brighton and Spencerport.
Private-Parochial: Nick Newbould of Lima Christian. The junior forward had four assists last week.
City-Catholic: Ben Thorne of McQuaid. Thorne, with two assists, helped lead his team to two win.
Steuben: Jim Willis of Jasper-Troupsburg. The senior striker moved up from defense and had a goal and two assists vs. Arkport and three goals vs. Avoca.
Wayne: Parker Spear of Sodus The midfielder Spear had four goals and three assists in three games last week.

Allegany
Josh Goodridge-Scio
The senior forward scored 11 goals last week and added fur assists. He has led Scio to a 4-0-1 record to date.
Finger Lakes I
Brian Buckner-Palmyra-Macedon
The senior midfielder had three goals in a win over Penn Yan and one goal and one assist in a win over Marcus Whitman. So far this year, he has six goals and two assists.
Finger Lakes II
Mark von Bucher-HAC
A senior forward, von Bucher had two goals in a win over Dundee and two goals in a win over Naples. He has a total of nine goals so far this season.
Genesee
Alex Charcholla-Byron-Bergen
Charcholla, a senior, had an assist in a win against Attica. He also scored two goals in a win over Greece Olympia. Then he played sweeper and scored the winning goal against Bishop Kearney.
Livingston I
Mike Trinidad-HFL
The junior midfielder had an assist on the only goal scored in a 1-0 win over Bath-Haverling and scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Livonia.
Livingston II
Kyle Murphy-Hornell
The junior forward scored five goals and had three assists in leading Hornell to three wins last week.
Monroe I
Jim Frascati-Churchville-Chili
A senior goalkeeper, Frascati recorded 11 saves in a 2-1 victory over Jefferson and had 19 saves iun a 1-1 tie with Greece Athena. Both goals were given up on penalty kicks.
Monroe II
Jake Cargill-Greece Athena
The senior midfielder had a role in both goals in a 2-2 tie with Hilton, scoring one and assisting on the other. He also controlled the midfield in a 1-1 tie against Churchville-Chili.
Private Parochial
Andrew Bolby-Webster Christian
Bolby, a senior sweeper, voluntarily moved back to sweeper from a forward position and anchored a defense that produced two shut outs. He also had an assist in the winning goal against C. G. Finney.
Rochester City
Marikos Habtemichael-Wilson
Habtemichael. a junior forward, had the game winning goals in Wilson’s 2-0 win over Greece Odyssey, 1-0 win over School of the Arts, and 3-2 win over Webster Christian.
Steuben
Logan Wheeler-Prattsburgh
Wheeler, a senior stopper, led his team to three victories including two shut outs last week. He also contributed two assists.
Wayne
Jacob Byron-Marion
Senior defender Byron hard work and communications was instrumental in Marion’s 3-0 win over North Rose Wolcott.

ALLEGANY: Devon Martin of Fillmore. The senior forward scored seven goals last week and added four assists.
FINGER LAKES I: Zach Shoemaker of Newark. The senior forward scored the lone goal in a 1-0 victory against Victor and then scored a goal in a 2-2 tie against Eastridge.
FINGER LAKES II: Joe Frantel of Marcus Whitman. A senior goalie/forward, Frantel broke his finger, moved from goal to the front line last week and scored two goals and had two assists.
GENESEE: :Colton Orbaker of Holley. The junior midfielder had one goal and four assists last week.
LIVINGSTON I: : Chris Roll of Caledonia-Mumford. The senior midfielder scored the winning goal against Perry.
LIVINGSTON II: John Conklin of Livonia. The senior midfielder scored a header in each of Livonia three games last week.
MONROE I: Kevin Mahler of Eastridge. A senior forward, Mahler scored two goals in a 3-3 tie against Brighton and added two more in a 2-2 tie against Newark.
MONROE II: Scott Zorn of Churchville-Chili. The senior midfielder scored the tying goal to rally C-C from a 4-0 deficit against Webster Thomas, the No. 17 ranked team in the country.
PRIVATE-PAROCHIAL: Boaz Tang of Northstar Christian. Tang, a senior forward, scored three goals and added two assists in Northstar's two wins last week.
CITY-CATHOLIC: Nick Pugliese of McQuaid. Pugliese had four goals and an assist in two league wins last week.
STEUBEN: Ryan Hadley of Jasper Troupsburg. Hadley, a senior defender, was instrumental in shutouts of Alfred-Almond and Addison, his team's fourth and fifth shutouts of the year.
WAYNE: Ryan Fisher of Red Creek. Fisher, a senior, had three goals and an assist in victories over North Rose-Wolcott and Corning last week

FINGER LAKES I: Senior forward Matt Haintz of Midlakes scored the lone goal in a 1-0 victory against Victor and then scored a goal in a 2-2 tie against Eastridge.
FINGER LAKES II: Senior forward Cory Paine of Wayne had one goal and six assists in two wins last week. He has 11 goals and 11 assists for the year.
GENESEE: Senior defender Kyle Genewick of Lyndonville had a goal and an assist in team wins over Kendall and Attica last week and played outstanding defense.
LIVINGSTON I: Junior goalkeeper Mike Rossi of Bath-Haverling allowed just one goal in three wins last week, recording his seventh and eighth shutouts of the year.
LIVINGSTON II: Junior forward Lucas Pachuta of Perry scored four goals this past week helping Perry go 2-0 on the week.
MONROE I: Senior forward Derek Twamley of Greece Odyssey scored five goals in three games last week. This included a goal in a win over Waterloo, another goal in a tough loss against Eastridge and a hat trick in a victory over Northstar.
MONROE II: Junior midfielder Damien Pagano of Churchville-Chili scored two winning goals last week in key divisional victories over Irondequoit and Greece Olympia.
PRIVATE-PAROCHIAL: Junior striker Josh Cornell of Wellsville scored five goals in wins over Bolivar-Richburg and Wayland-Cohocton.
CITY-CATHOLIC: Senior midfielder George Tor of Jefferson had 10 goals and four assists over four games which ended in three wins and a 3-1 loss to Aquinas.
STEUBEN: Junior midfielder Ben Rollins of Arkport had a goal and three assists in leading Arkport to two victories.
WAYNE: Senior midfielder Jake Coomber of Williamson scored two goals in a victory over North Rose-Wolcott

ALLEGANY: Junior forward Brian Kim of Houghton scored five goals and had an assist as Houghton won two games and tied a third. He has 11 goals and two assists this season.
FINGER LAKES I: Junior midfielder Joe Griffin of Victor scored five goals and had one assist last week, raising his totals for the year to nine goals and three assists.
FINGER LAKES II: Junior forward Dylan Jobson of Honeoye scored two goals in a 2-1 win over Geneseo, two goals in a 3-2 win over Webster Christian and the winning goal in a 2-1 win over Romulus.
GENESEE: Junior forward Garhett Varin of Wheatland-Chili scored three goals last week in two league wins, helping Wheatland-Chili clinch the Genesee region title.
LIVINGSTON: Senior goalkeeper Jordan Vokes of Caledonia-Mumford made 14 saves in Cal-Mum's 0-0 tie at Hornell. Cal-Mum has seven shutouts behind Vokes to date and a 12-0-1 record.
MONROE I: Senior forward Dominic Coco of Spencerport had a goal in a 2-2 tie with Rush-Henrietta and two goals and one assist in a 5-0 win over Webster Schroeder. He has scored in six straight games.
MONROE II: Senior goalkeeper Adam Smith of Greece Arcadia made several key saves in back-to-back shutout ties against Churchville and West Irondequoit.
PRIVATE-PAROCHIAL: Senior goalkeeper Scott Walker of Bishop Kearney helped his team win five of its last six games including a seven-save shutout performance against Newark and a 15-save, one-goal performance against Palmyra-Macedon.
CITY-CATHOLIC: Senior midfielder Conor O'Leary of McQuaid showed his versatility in two victories last week. On Thursday, he covered Section V's leading scorer, George Tor of Jefferson, and held him scoreless. On Saturday, he solidified McQuaid's defense in its 3-0 win over Liverpool.
STEUBEN: Junior midfielder Aaron Rygiel of Alfred-Almond continued to control the offensive attack last week for the undefeated Eagles. To date he has 17 goals and 26 assists. The 26 assists rank him at the top for all of Section V.
