I expect Cal-Mum to wear them down and cruise to a 35-14 victory. Avon doesn't have any one player that can turn a 5-yard loss into a 60-yard TD like Cal-Mum does. The Raiders have too many weapons.

I think it will be a close high scoring game but I feel Avon has the edge in this one. They seem to have a very balanced offense that can score by ground or air at will.

I'm not sure if Cal-Mum remembers how to play pass defense. Avon has a dynamic QB.

Forecast is rain. Will really benefit CM's running attack and hinder Avon's passing attack. No way Avon wins it in the rain.

Anyone who was at the Avon/LeRoy game in the rain last year knows that Avon can play tough in the rain. Or was that two years ago? Eh either way it should be a real good game. Can't wait.

2 years ago. I saw that game, Avon could've/should've won had it not been for LeRoy's special teams blocking 2 extra point attempts. But they had a better QB and better WR's. Their WR's that year were 5-6 deep, they just had crazy depth at WR, I mean their 6th "string" WR was better than some teams #1, definitely best group of WR's that year in the LCAA possibly Sec V. Not too mention they had a great QB getting them the ball. They put 4-5 WR's on the field and they did pretty much whatever they wanted. I saw it firsthand when they lit up Caledonia's D, and just put on a passing clinic.

Calmum will get pressure on stanton all day and it will be hard to through the ball in the rain.
