Rams15

Ah heck, if no one else will offer anything on lacrosse maybe I can add my very limited scope on things. We will leave Corning East out of this discussion because they are in Section IV and this may be the year that Corning West gets their first victory against East since 1965. ( yeah right ! ) Anyway, Bath has a fledgling program that is only a few years old. Last season was a tough one for the Rams as they went 0-18. They do, however return a few seniors that could improve upon that mark this year. Brad Feurst, MacKenzie Durham, & John Pruyn are some of the offensive contributors. Big Bryant Madigan
( who will most certainly win sectionals in wrestling and maybe even states this season ) anchors the defense for Bath. It will be interesting to watch the program develop as there are some athletes in Grade 7 & 8 who have now particpated in youth lacrosse leagues, camps, and prestigious tournaments such as the Turkey Shoot in Ithaca. This past season the Grade 8 team finished 4-1 in Ithaca, beating Ottawa Canada, Penn Yan, & Chruchville Chili, to name a few.
Now that I am done recognizing a team that has a huge mountain to climb, how about blogging some of the Section V talent; teams and players.
Goalies, middies, attack, long pole etc. Who should we watch for ?
