Girls 3K
1 Driscoll, Christine 10 Geneva 10:22.05 (PR)
**Damn 2nd place was 1:05 behind her

Boys mile
1 Dinan, Brian 11 Geneva 4:25.60 (PR)
2 Johnson, Frank 12 Letchworth 4:28.16
3 Merritt, Jordan 12 Penn Yan 4:29.59
4 Lapressi, Colby 11 Geneva 4:43.74 (PR)
*Merritt and Johnson took great time off at this race. first time under 4:30 for both of them I believe

***Want to point out that J Merritt ran the 16/32/8/4X8...very gutsy to do at an invitational. It was a pleasure to see.

All of his performances have been very impressive this week especially last week when he went steeple, 2 mile, mile, 4x800. Thing is, he's all they got in the steeple, 2 mile, mile, and 800. He's going to have to run 5 and a half miles at sectionals while we will have people fresh. He may still get first but we are going to gobble up more points with fresh people.

I'd really like to see Christine Driscoll race Shaylin Tuite in the 3000.... it would be nice to see what Driscoll could do with a little competition... but still congrats to all..... it's nice to see some new pr's

I think that Driscoll's pr in the 3000 last year at states was actually 10:21.97... maybe it was a season best yesterday but i don't think that is a pr

Either way its state...not states...it's only one state competing. j/s

I am not Christine Driscoll, I just happen to know her time at states.

Don't forget that those times are from juniors and seniors. You should be running like that consistently next year if you keep training hard.
