I'm pretty sure that makes them 4-0. 27-16 win vs Victor
48-10 win vs irondequoit
26-7 win vs Arcadia
68-7 win vs Brighton

Correct me if I'm wrong.

have to agree with you, scoring 21 points in the 3rd quarter when your up 42-7 at halftime is a little much, doing things like that come back to haunt you down the road...........

They had the backups in during the third quarter. When do you think a team should start kneeling down like Eastridge did during their drives in the 4th quarter? Brighton needs to play with some pride, don't you think? Those kids looked like they were ready to give up after the 1st quarter.

69-7 IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!! I dont wanna hear about the other team playing w/ pride. Eastridge was way superior. Yes they should have taken knees and told kids not to score. I have seen both done many times.

"It would also be wrong to tell Eastridge purposly not to score, but there are a million plays out there, and I am sure there are some that could have been called to avoid piling up the points."

They pretty much ran the same play over and over, its an exotic one "off tackle toss". It wasn't the plays that Eastridge ran that made the score look awful, that fault lies with Brighton, if you get the ball back don't try to pass if it gets intercepted or you get sacked every time. Just run the clock out, keep your starting Defense in and the score would have been under 50. Eastridge only scored one touchdown in the 4th quarter when their scout team tailback broke off a 50 yarder. I think they even kneeled down for the extra point, otherwise it would have been 70 points.

I think its awesome that people from big bad Monroe County Division II defending champ Greece Athena are worried about traditional doormat Eastridge and see themselves in the underdog role to a much smaller school. Yup you guys sure are underdogs, I really don't think too many people see this as an easy Eastridge win my friend, but you can work the "no respect" ploy all you want but you are Greece Athena after all, I don't think too many people will feel sorry for you that you are getting picked on by Eastridge.

I'm certain nobody from Athena's team ever talked trash before either. Either you don't go to games or don't go around high school football players, but here is a reality check they all do that and kids from every team do that, would you or I behave like that, probably not, but we are adults, they are kids, kids do those things. Everybody wants to single out Eastridge as a "thug" team but the reality is far different if you know the kids on that team. If you were at the game against Brighton you would see that they didn't "run it up", Brighton's play calling just kept putting them deeper and deeper into a hole. Eastridge called the same play over and over again, and finally started taking a knee way sooner than I have ever seen in a game before.

Were not talking down here the scoreboard can do that.

So what did the scoreboard tell you tonight? Guess it looks like Eastridge is the less overated team on the field right Greecy.

wow, you been working on that list of excuses all week? It looked to me that while Greece was compiling excuses Eastridge was compiling points.

athena prides itself on being that kind of a team. have you ever heard their stupid chant before a game? "destroy the *insert team name here*"
everyone talks. it's just the nature of the game. you don't even know you're doing it sometimes. You say stupid **** that you would never say in normal life, but when you're on a football field everything changes. after pancaking one of the irondequoit dt's for the third time in the first quarter, i was "effing" quoting the movie "300". on a second note, irondequoit IS that bad.

0-5 and 1-4 aint too far away their conors.
