Any thoughts on who his successor will be? Is current assistant Scott Schleede ready to take over?

First, congrats to coach Hage on his ability to teach his players to succeed off the court as well as on the court. Brockports basketball program will be going through a transition (as with any new coach) period in the next few years. I do think Scott Schleede has the ability to make this transition as seamless as possible. He gained valuable experience as head coach at Byron Bergen and he (along with Brockport alum Sean Lair, currently the JV coach at Penfield) brought respect to the BB program while they were there producing by winning teams.
It will be interesting to see how things transpire.
