I didn't attend the game (I was at Alexander) but I got word from a colleague that Pembroke came away with a 1-0 win in a very hard fought game. He said the Kendall goalie was injured about 10 minutes into the game and had to leave in an ambulance (hope she is ok) and that Pembroke's #17 marked Kendall's #3 out of the game. The goal was scored late in the game and was an own goal that came off a cross that was attempted to be knocked down by the Kendall sweeper but it went into the near post (the keeper was on the far post waiting to catch the cross).
So with the win Pembroke is now in 1st place in the division, 1/2 game ahead of Alexander and Pembroke.
