One of the most heated rivalries is not Alexander-Attica, rather Elba-ND and they tip-off tonight in ND at 7:30.

I understand some people who post on here are Alexander fans, but why all of the sarcasm about their team? They are an up and coming team in the GR, that's about it.

You got to be kidding. ND-Elba? What a joke. Ever been to Attica-Alexander? Its the most hostile environment easily. The crowds are the two best in the league and its always a good ball game.

I've gotta go with section5sportsguy on this one. Attica-Alexander is easily the biggest rivalry in the GR. It dates back to the 19th century when Attica was chosen over Alexander for the Arcade-Attica Railroad.

Notre Dame-Elba? You've got to be kidding me. I haven't even heard of that "rivalry" up until this point.

Oakfield-Pembroke is one of the bigger rivalries as well but it doesn't come close to the history between Attica-Alexander.
