It's time again for the one of Section V's premier athletic events, the McQuaid CC Invitational. It's a great event, do yourself a favor and check it out. The weathers going to be great!

The McQuaid Invite is the best cross-country event in the northeast.
It's organized, competitive and most importantly fan-friendly, which isn't always the case in cross-country.

Watch out for the Attica girls this year, they've been sectional champs four years running. I'm expecting at least another top five for the girls this year.
