You have to get invited. But their is a cost to go but I say it is worth it.

I think you can just show up to get into the Open races or grade level races.
For most people it is more of a way to just see the city. If you are in the Main qualifying race then you better be fast or you will be left in the dust.

We went there as a team my freshman and sophomore year.

I looked up the times from past years and they are pretty appresive.
