end of three 40-12 Bath.

Interestingly, BK seemed to shoot themselves in the foot, at times. On Bath's 1st possession Quentin Gause picked off an off balance throw. Then BK fumbled the ball back to Bath on it's first hand off. Gause is a stud and quite an athlete. However, the do-everything player needs a break and did not play on the kick off team. < after he scored on a brilliant run > Bang... Nick Carroll for a long TD run. I thought # 54 on defense for BK played very hard & well.

Dan Leonard, Bath's soph. QB threw two TD passes. One to Matt Nevius and another to Justin Howell. Not sure we have seen that in a good, long, time. Carroll ran strong and when I left after 3 didn't have 20 carries I don't think. It appeared Bath wore down BK with their size and aggressiveness. Devante Stanton added some spark to both the O & D for Bath & Tyler Hutcheson picked up where he left last year with a couple sacks.

I say put Hutch back at kicking PAT's. This could make a difference in a close game and someone has to be able to snap the ball to a holder I would hope ??

Hopefully things don't change much in the 4th Qtr.

Dear Football Gods:

Give each player the strength to fight with pride, dignity, and honor. While respect is earned, let each player give it without question. Though we may just be fans, parents, students, or loved ones, we play as pivitol a role as teammates themselves. Regardless of the outcome, help us acknowledge the passion and effort put forth by both teams. Help us remember that each and every player is someone's boy. That each player, whether for the home team or away, makes us proud, brings us joy and excitement, and deserves our respect. Help protect and watch over everyone who sets foot on the field, whether it be player, coach, or official. And make sure, that at the end of the season, we can look back and say, "Wow, what a great ride!"

Section V's largest classification, on paper Rush-Henrietta would be the favorite, with AGR QB Ashton Broyld, the 6'5" 235 lbs Senior is a D1 prospect coming off a stellar junior season. the Two-Time AGR QB threw for 1,386 yards with 19 touchdowns in nine games last season. He ran for 918 yards, including seven touchdowns making him a dual threat. However with the loss of AGR Running back Clay Harris who ran for 1,012 & 13 touchdowns last season, will Broyld have enough help?

Who are the other contenders? Who will win the Sectional title?

Who will win the Sectional Championship in 2010? Can Aquinas remain the top Dog? The Lil'L Irish lost AGR Rochester Super 25 Defensive Back Anthony Bianchi & Lineman Ben Woolston but return AGR Wide Receiver Chris Bostick, the 6'0 185 LBS Senior, Bostick had 36 Receptions last season for 908 yards and 14 touchdowns, on defense he had 6 interceptions. Can Aquinas win it again in 2010?
What about Victor? They Return AGR Pick Jimmy Wagner, the 6'2" 250 lbs Linemen was also a Monroe County All-Star who had 80 Tackles with 10 Sacks, he forced Five Fumbles and recovered four in 2009.
Geneva is back in Class A after spending a few years in Class B, G-Town is buzzing again because of the National Attention in the off-season that 225 LBS tight end Colin Cooper is receiving, the 6'2" Senior is currently ranked #69 on the ESPN Rise recruiting Rankings. Cooper currently has offers from Wagner, Army, Monmouth, and the University of Albany. And may get more as the season progresses. Quarterback Shane Sweeney, formerly of Midlakes, joins Cooper as a Marquee player and they're joined by Dom Johnson and Phil Guard as players to watch for Geneva this season.
Hornell is the defending State Champions in Class B and despite Losing Player of the year Austin Dwyer return a large core of players including QB Dominic Scavo & Receivers Jordan Schwartz & Dylan Dunn along with Sophomore Sensation Zach Bacon on Defense. Can Hornell re-peat as Sectional Champions in Class B and make another run to the Dome? Who can stop them in Sectionals? Can the 2008 Sectional Champion Bath Rams stop the Red Raiders? Bath returns 5th year starter Nick Carroll, the two way star ran for 1,200 yards last season with 20 Touchdowns and remains a force on Defense as well, Starters Daniel Leonard (QB), Tyler Hutcheson (TE), Brett Partridge (WR) & Brian Gable (WR) also return for the Rams. Do the Rams have enough Fire Power to make it to the Sectional Finals?
Livonia returns a good group of players, can they make it back to the title game? Finger Lakes Powers Pal-Mac & Midlakes both made early exits last season can the re-group and make a Sectional run and Challenge the LCAA Powers? Midlakes is led by Linebacker Dalton Donk, Pal-Mac returns Speedster Mike Benedict. What about East-Rochester/Gananda are they a contender, they have the Multi-Talented Torin Hudson at their disposal. Can they get back to the Top of Class B?

Who wins Class? Who are the serious contenders? Who could play spoiler like Livonia did as the #8 seed last year?

Lets hear your thoughts!!
