No, only the overall winner D1 & D2, plus a third individual IF they meet the state standard.

NYS by the person's name means that they got the state qualifying standard. Only the winner of D1, the winner of D2 and the third place (if they have the NYS standard) qualify for states.

the winner of D1 and D2 get in automatically right? they don't have to meet NYS Qualifying time?
